Project summary: AMP'T Electrical carried out the electrical design, power, data and automation layouts and install of all aspects for this award winning beachfront home in Mount Maunganui. Built by Calley Homes and designed by Mark Carnachan Architecture the home has been an award winner at the National Master Builders Awards as well as the NKBA Awards.
The clients wanted home automation that provided ultimate control from the touch of a button from shutting off power in certain areas of the home at night, to full access control and intercom systems.
Through the client consultation process and a bit of kiwi can do from the team at AMPT Electrical we worked a plan that achieved the clients brief and provided them with the level of detailing and automation they wanted.
