Electrical Installation and HVAC Project
Salt Apartment Development, located on Girven Road, Mount Maunganui was completed in early 2020. This boutique residential community boasts 71 architecturally designed dwellings, surrounded by a landscaped village green and is situated right next to New Zealand’s most iconic beach. Constructed by Iline Construction the AMP'T team were proud to work alongside to complete the electrical and HVAC on this project.
Project Summary: This was a full commercial project for the AMP'T Electrical and HVAC teams. AMP'T Electrical were involved in power reticulation, fire reticulation and access control reticulation. HVAC works for ventilation and heating were also carried out for the design and build of the project. With tight time restraints our team worked hard to meet deadlines and complete a successful result for the developer.
